TGCET 2026 Notification, TS Gurukul CET
Telangana Residential Educational Institutions Society (TREIS) has released TGCET 2026 notification for admission into 5th class in Gurukulam schools in Telangana state. Eligible students can apply through official website tgcet.cgg.gov.in from December 11, 2025 to January 21, 2026. The TG CET 2026 exam is scheduled for February 22, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria for TGCET 2026
Students must meet required following requirements to apply for TGCET 2026.
Educational Qualification
Applicants must be class 4 students for the academic year 2025-2026
Age Limit
Students age should be between 9-11 years as on 31 August 2026. Incase of SC, ST candidates two years age relaxation is given.
Candidates should born between
- SC /ST Students: 01-09-2013 to 31-08-2017 (born between)
- For other Students: 01-09-2015 to 31-08-2017
Parents Annual Income
- Rural Areas: Annual Income of the parents should be below Rs.1,50,000/-
- Urban Areas: Annual Income of the parents should be below Rs.2,00,000/-
TGCET 2026 Hall Ticket
Candidates/parents can download the Hall Ticket before ten days of the conduct of TGCET-2026. The candidates should take a printout of the hall ticket and bring it to examination centre.
How to Apply for TGCET 2026 Application Form
Applicants should follow the following steps while filling the online application.
- Visit the Official TGCET website tgcet.cgg.gov.in.
- Click on payment link and pay application fee. You will receive a payment acknowledgement number.
- Now click on Application link and enter Payment Acknowledgement Number, Date of Payment and Date of Birth.
- Enter your personal details and upload photo.
- Finally submit your application form and take a printout for future reference.
Application Fee
Candidates should pay application fee of Rs.100/- through official website while applying for TGCET-2026.
TGCET 2026 Exam Pattern
Telangana Gurukul CET will conduct for 100 marks. The exam consists of 100 multiple choice questions from the following subjects.
